Two Heidelbergs

Walsworth’s four-color sheetfed capacity made another giant leap forward with the installation of our second Heidelberg Speedmaster 102-8P. The new press should give our customers the comfort of knowing Walsworth has the capacity and flexibility to meet their four-color sheetfed needs.

Walsworth continues to be impressed with the level of superior quality that the Heidelbergs are able to achieve. The Prinect CP2000 press control system and Prinect Prepress Interface gives Walsworth precision control from a touch screen and allows ink specifications to be set in the prepress department, this makes for less material waste and faster make readies. This also allows Walsworth to maintain a high level of quality throughout the print run.
